Program description: TrueFit Cycling sends SMS text messages to confirm, update, or cancel bike fitting appointments. Messages are sent only in connection with a booking you have requested.
- Opt-in: By providing your mobile number and submitting a booking, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages from TrueFit Cycling regarding your appointment.
- Message types: Booking confirmations, scheduling updates, and cancellation notices only. No marketing or promotional messages.
- Message frequency: Typically 1–3 messages per booking.
- Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier.
- Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe.
- Help: Reply HELP to any message, or contact us at trufitcycling.com/contact.
- No third-party sharing: Your phone number will not be shared with, sold to, or used by any third party.
- Supported carriers: All major US carriers. Carrier support may vary.
TrueFit Cycling provides professional in-person bike fitting services in Kirkland, Washington. Sessions are conducted at our home studio by appointment only.
- Basic Fit — $100, approximately 60 minutes
- Premium Fit — $200, approximately 60 minutes (includes video analysis and written report)
- All bookings are subject to confirmation before they are considered final
- We reserve the right to decline or cancel a booking at any time, with notice provided by SMS
- Clients must bring their own bike and cycling shoes to the appointment
Submitting a booking request does not guarantee a confirmed appointment. A booking is only confirmed once you receive an SMS confirmation from TrueFit Cycling.
- You must provide accurate contact information when booking
- Bookings are for one bike per session. Contact us for multi-bike requests
- Payment is collected at the time of the appointment unless otherwise arranged
Either party may cancel a confirmed appointment. We ask for as much notice as reasonably possible — at least 24 hours is appreciated so the slot can be offered to others.
TrueFit Cycling reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to illness, equipment issues, scheduling conflicts, or other circumstances beyond our control. You will be notified by SMS and offered an alternative slot.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, TrueFit Cycling's liability for any claim arising from a bike fitting session is limited to the amount paid for that session. We are not responsible for pre-existing equipment issues, injuries, or losses arising from subsequent use of your bike after a fit.
If you experience any discomfort or issues after your fit, please contact us directly so we can make it right.
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference. In summary: we collect only what is necessary to provide your fit, we never sell your information, and SMS messages are sent only in connection with your booking.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
